What an intriguing, mysterious and electrifying story! I've been longing for Callie Hart's new series since the cover reveal of Røma King a few months back, and once more, she delivered a riveting read. A murder, disappearances, a Midnight Fair, hot dreams and phone calls.... welcome to Røma King's world. 


The atmosphere, cold, eerie never left me and piqued my interest from the beginning. That strange, almost frightening, sensation was new to me, it made me wonder what I was reading and how Pasha and Zara's worlds were going to connect. Or collide.

These two strong personalities clashed, really. They sent sparks flying when they met, they could have melted the floe when they kissed and the tension was downright blazing between the sheets. 

“Watching you react to me is a fucking gift. Pant for me. Moan for me. Scream for me. I want to hear every ounce of your pleasure, Zara. Do it. Do it for me.”


Zara is an independant and determined woman who works as an dispatch officer. However, her caring and empathetic traits might also be her weakness.

Pasha owns a tattoo shop. His Roma upbringing makes of him an intriguing hero. Truly it is difficult to define him in a few words, the man can be as charming and swoon-worthy as scary and trouble. His charisma is undeniable, though.

"See, this is what I’ve learned about my voice: it polarizes people."


The Roma culture, the esoteric references gave an interesting lighting to that story. Twisted and scorching hot, Roma King sent my mind in overdrive and swirling with the possibilities. I'm now dying to find out what Callie has in store for Pasha and Zara in Roma Queen!!! To be followed...
