I loved Calix and Ava's story. Soul Redeemed is about second chance, family, redemption, forgiveness. The scenario is dark, it's maybe the darkest opus of the series, so far.
Angsty, gritty, scorching hot, at times heart breaking, I found myself completely captivated by Ava and Calix's story. These characters, but not only them, all of the Sons of Wrath characters are amazing, their struggles and emotions felt real, they touch me.
What I particularly love in this series is that even if each book focuses on one couple, we follow all the other heroes in that intricate universe that Keri Lake imagined. The storyline has several levels, the hero and heroine, the couple and the larger picture which little by little becomes clearer and reveals itself. I can't wait for the next book!
